Appointments

Appointments can be made via the website, email, or phone.

Appointments are 100% Telepsych in New Mexico and Telepsych/In-person in Texas.

When you request an appointment, we send two links to the email on our record. Sometimes, these links go to your spam message, so be sure to check your spam if not received in your inbox. One of the links is to fill out your intake forms, and the other is to join the appointment on that day.

Please fill out the forms and attach the front and back copies of your insurance card. This enables us to check your eligibility for the appointment.

The forms and your insurance card need to be received at least four (4) hours before your appointment time, or the system will automatically cancel your appointment.

Cancellation/No-Show: Please make cancellations as soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance, or a fee will be charged for late cancellation/no-show.
Payments

We accept the insurance listed on the insurance dashboard. We are out of your network if your insurance is not listed.

Payment is to be covered in full at the time of your visit. We accept credit cards and debit cards.

Receipts can be emailed upon request.
Benzodiazepine/Stimulants

We do Not prescribe benzodiazepines and stimulants for New Mexico.
